Number

(2)
Number

Two
(2) - One on the drivers side right behind the cab
of the truck (on the front panel). One lock on the rear
of the back cover
Number

all 4 corners down to truck
Weight

Sport Trac Cover).
Number
of Hinges: 1 Piano Hinge that runs the width
of the truck bed at the center. Each

the bed of the truck. Once
latched down, you simply lock the front panel and the

Number
of Gaskets: 2 D Shaped Seals (like a windshield
wiper) on each side rail
(these are high quality rubber gaskets with a peel and

Tailgate
Accessible without unlocking/unlatching rear panel? YES.
When you unlock your tailgate on your Sport Trac, you
can swing open the tailgate and slide things into the
truck bed without ever opening the cover (if you had a
fiberglass cover, you would have to unlock the cover and
raise a fairly heavy cover upwards a couple of inches
just to open up the tailgate). Not so with this cover.
Drilling
Required? NO.
***Our
cover utilizes the pre-drilled holes that
come with every Ford Sport Trac from the factory. Our
hardware is designed to match perfectly with all of these
holes to ensure a secure installation without drilling!!
PLASTIC
BEDLINER: NO PROBLEM. All Sport Tracs have Composite Boxes
and rails that come from the factory!

Front
Latch Catch Brackets(2) Both are mounted on
the front inside lip of the side rail, near the front
corners of the truck bed (near the cab). These are angled
brackets that are held in place by utilizing the 3 existing
pre-drilled and pre-threaded holes match up to the lock
catch and are held in place by special bolts that we provide.
Rear
Lock Catch Brackets (2) - Both mounted on the rear
inside lip of the side rail, near the back corners of
the truck bed (near the cab). These are angled brackets
that are held in place by utilizing the 3 existing pre-drilled
